Dear Parents and Guardians,
Effective today, UCDSB has closed its school facilities to all after-hours programs including Boys & Girls Club’s After School Programs due to CUPE’s work-to-rule action.
Each After School Program that has been displaced by UCDSB has been re-located to an alternate site:
***Transportation will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan for your child to attend an alternate location of Boys & Girls Club, please notify our office by email (staff@bgccornwallsdg.com) or phone 613-935-9015. This will allow us to plan accordingly for space, staffing, and snacks. Our regular After School Program staff will be on-site at their Alternate Program Location to greet children and ensure safe arrive and departure.
This news only affects Boys & Girls Club programs located in UCDSB school buildings. Please disregard this notice if your child is registered at another site (such as Henry St Clubhouse, 506 Clubhouse, Benson Centre, or Sacred Heart Catholic School).
Thank you for your patience as we work through this unexpected situation. In our 11 years of partnering with UCDSB, this is the first time our programs have ousted from their schools. Unfortunately, with any union actions/negotiations, the timeline is unknown. We will continue to keep families informed via email and social media – please follow: @BGCCornwallSDG
