The Cornwall Community Police Service are launching a new youth initiative called Bikes and Badges. Cornwall youths will learn about bicycle safety and how to enjoy summer bike riding. Youths age 6 to 13 can register before June 5th and will receive free bicycle safety equipment like helmets. Bikes and Badges takes place June 7, 2014 at the St. Lawrence College parking lot from 10 am - 1pm. The most exciting part is that those who are registered will have a chance to win a new bike!
