After School Program 2012/13
With school just around the corner, it is now time to register for our 2012/2013 After School Programs. Space is limited and is available on a first come, first serve basis. Membership Forms and annual fees must be returned to 506 Clubhouse to ensure your space in the program.
Registration evenings: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday August 20, 21 and 22 from 5:00 – 7:30 pm at our 506 Clubhouse located 506 First St East.
Membership Forms are available to download on our website (under Programs –After School Program 2012-2013). Registration will continue during our regular business hours after August 22, while spaces remain available. (English Francais)
The annual membership fee is $40 per child or $100 per family of 3 or more children and includes FREE access to our After School Programs. Funding for this program is provided by the Government of Ontario.
After School Program locations for grades 1 - 6:
- *506 Clubhouse [506 First St E], 3:00 to 5:30 weekdays, September 4, 2012 to June 21, 2013
- Central Public School, 3:20 to 6:00 weekdays, September 4, 2012 to June 21, 2013
- Gladstone Public School , 2:20 to 5:30 weekdays, September 4, 2012 to June 21, 2013
- Viscount Alexander Public School, 3:20 to 6:00 weekdays, September 4, 2012 to June 21, 2013
- *General Vanier site [1500 Cumberland St], 2:30 to 5:30 weekdays, August 28 to June 21, 2013
- *Club Francophone a l’école secondaire publique l’heritage [1111 chemin Montreal], 2:45 to 5:45 Aug 28, 2012 to June 19, 2013)
*New locations – Please contact your school or transportation provider to request busing to the After School Program.
